1 ¾ oz Damrak
1 cup watermelon cubes
½ oz rosemary syrup
¾ oz lime juice

Preparation: Muddle the watermelon in a shaker, add all ingredients, shake and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe

Garnish: rosemary sprig

¼ oz Simple syrup
¼ oz Lemon juice
3 oz Champagne

Preparation: Shake all ingredients, except for the champagne, and fine strain into a pre-chilled flute. Top up with champagne.

Garnish: Lemon twist

1 oz Galliano Aperitivo
1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Preparation: Combine in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish: Orange peel

0.5 oz Lemon juice
2.5 tsp orange jam

Preparation: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain over cubed ice into a martini glass.

Garnish: Garnish with an orange zest.

4.5 oz Grapefruit Soda
0.25 oz Lime juice

Preparation: Build all ingredients over cubed ice into a highball glass.

Garnish: Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

2 oz Damrak Virgin
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shake with ice. Fine strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled coupe glass.

Damrak Virgin & tonic

1 part Damrak Virgin
3 parts Tonic Water
1-2 Orange slices


Fill a copa glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Damrak Virgin and top with tonic. Garnish with two orange slices. Stir briefly.

Seasonal serve: Add a sprig of rosemary or a slice of ginger any time of year for best flavor.

0.5 oz Bols Triple Sec or Cointreau
0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.25 oz sugar syrup (2:1)
top with soda

Preparation: shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice for about 10 seconds. Pour and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish: orange slice

Damrak Gin & Tonic

3 parts tonic
1-2 orange slices

Preparation: fill a coppa glass with ice cubes and pour in the Damrak Gin. Top with tonic and garnish with some orange slices. Give it a brief stir to mix all the ingredients.
