WATERMELON & ROSEMARY GIMLET

1 ¾ oz Damrak
1 cup watermelon cubes
½ oz rosemary syrup
¾ oz lime juice

Preparation: Muddle the watermelon in a shaker, add all ingredients, shake and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe

Garnish: rosemary sprig
